Babycotpod Delivery Policy

UK Delivery

At Babycotpod we offer standard UK delivery FREE on all orders over £50, for orders under £50 we charge a delivery fee of £4.95. 

When shopping with Babycotpod it is important to us that the experience you receive is a thoroughly enjoyable one and it’s really important you know what to expect from us when you place any order with us.  Please take some time to read our commitments for delivery of your purchase:-

  • When your order is accepted the confirmation email that we send you will provide you details of the arrangements for delivery of your Babycotpod products.
  • We deliver most items Monday to Saturday, 9am-6pm (although some of our carriers may deliver slightly earlier or later).
  • You can choose to receive your delivery at home, or at work, or you can send it as a gift to a lucky recipient’s address! 
  • Deliveries will be made by the Carrier to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery.
  • We deliver to most postal areas in the UK including Northern Ireland, but we're sorry that geographical location and carrier availability can restrict our service. We may not always be able to deliver certain products to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and the Scottish Highlands
  • There are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales  
  • On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows.
  • We may deliver the goods in instalments if the goods are not available at the same time for delivery however you will not be charged any additional delivery fees.

Overseas Delivery

We are able to arrange delivery of our products to the vast majority of overseas locations.  The delivery charge will be dependent on the country of destination and the total weight of your delivery and therefore we would be delighted if you contacted a member of the Babycotpod team by phone on 0845 6809294 or alternatively by e-mail at info@babycotpod.com to arrange for a quotation.

Duty Payments

Products delivered to some destinations, mainly outside the EU, may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs formalities for their export and import, and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges. The recipient of the goods, not the person who's ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.

If you're ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they're aware they'll be responsible for these additional charges. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we’re unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We'd advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
